General Impression

This is now the only oneworld lounge in Terminal 4 and will be closed when the last remaining BA and Qantas flights move to Terminal 3 in autumn 2009. Located on two levels, the mezzanine level is much nicer with an airfield view and several bars. There was a complete lounge refurbishment in 2006 which removed the 'Terraces' branding and brought in new flooring, furniture and fabrics, improved lighting, overall decoration and increased seating capacity.

Food and Beverages

Large selection of snacks and hot/cold drinks, beers and wines, a cappuccino bar, World Wine Bar, larder and Chef's Theatre.

Showers and Spa

Showers within the lounge.

Entertainment and Business-facilities

BT Broadband WiFi, newspapers and magazines, working areas, 31 workstations with free internet access, payphones, fax, printer, copymachine and TVs.
